REFUNDS

You acknowledge and agree that in the event of any dispute over the date of a cancellation, LIFETRANSFORMER TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any charge greater than the most recent month’s membership fee or a pro-rated portion of a multiple-month membership fee. The parties agree that the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the arbitration provision’s scope and enforceability, shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER

Any arbitration under these Terms of Use will occur on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/ OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. NON-TRANSFERABLE

Your Membership and the right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents through the use of the Services is not transferable. You shall not disclose to or share your password with any third party or use your password for any unauthorized purposes.

COMPLETE AGREEMENT
