Cancellation Policy

1. Rescheduling 1-on-1 Executive Consultations

Confirmed 1-on-1 personal diagnostic appointments with Coach Hardik Majithia may be rescheduled once without penalty provided written or telephone notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting.

2. Enterprise Onsite Workshops

For custom turnkey corporate workshops hosted at client manufacturing plants or corporate premises, cancellation or date realignment requires at least twenty-one (21) days notice to accommodate scheduling adjustments and logistical arrangements.

3. Procedure for Submitting Cancellation

All formal cancellation notices must be submitted in writing via email to info@lifetransformer.in citing the invoice reference number, company name, and reason for withdrawal.
