1. Program Commitment & Seat Allocation
Enrollment in the BNS Program and ETP cohorts is strictly capped at a limited number of enterprises per batch to preserve direct 1-on-1 strategic focus from Coach Hardik Majithia. When an application is approved and seat fees are settled, that seat is reserved to the exclusion of other prospective enterprises.
2. Cancellation Prior to Cohort Launch
Written cancellation requests received at least 14 business days before the formal cohort kickoff will be eligible for a refund minus a 15% administrative processing and diagnostic auditing fee. Alternatively, clients may elect to rollover 100% of the paid balance to the subsequent cohort without deduction.
3. Cohort Commencement & Non-Refundable Scope
Once a cohort has commenced and the participant has accessed the proprietary SOP repository, diagnostic audit, or attended Module 1, program fees are strictly non-refundable due to the immediate proprietary value transferred.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
In documented events of grave medical incapacity or force majeure, the management of Life Transformer may, at its sole discretion, approve credit transfers or partial prorated adjustments upon formal review by company directors.
