1. Amicable Consultation First
In the event of any dispute, claim, disagreement, or grievance arising out of or related to our coaching agreements, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith executive discussion between authorized leadership representatives within thirty (30) days of written notification.
2. Formal Conciliation
Should informal discussions fail to resolve the grievance, the matter shall be submitted to mediation under a mutually appointed independent corporate conciliator practicing in Gujarat.
3. Binding Arbitration
Unresolved disputes shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator mutually agreed upon, or appointed in accordance with statutory guidelines. The venue and seat of arbitration shall be Jamnagar, Gujarat, and the proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
