1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website (lifetransformer.in / tools.sailoai.com/site/life-transformer), enrolling in the BNS Program, ETP, Science of Selling, or engaging Life Transformer Training & Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Life Transformer", "Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations of India.
2. Corporate Coaching & Advisory Scope
Life Transformer provides executive training, management consulting, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) methodology, and operational framework advisory. All strategies, SOP templates, and mentorship provided are intended to guide business decision-making. Implementation and commercial outcomes remain the responsibility of the client enterprise and its authorized directors.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, slides, frameworks, curriculum brochures, SOP formats, video masterclasses, audio assets, and proprietary methodologies created by Hardik Majithia and Life Transformer are protected by Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable internal license to implement these materials within their enterprise. Re-distribution, public broadcasting, white-labeling, or commercial resale without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
4. Code of Conduct & Confidentiality
Participants in group executive sessions and auditorium masterclasses are required to maintain strict peer confidentiality regarding other participating enterprises' operational metrics, trade secrets, and financial discussions. Any breach of peer confidentiality will result in immediate termination of program access without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Life Transformer, its directors, employees, or Hardik Majithia be held liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from operational business decisions undertaken by client enterprises. Total liability under any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service tier engaged.
6. Governing Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jamnagar, Gujarat.
